Refund policy

Whilst we really, really, really, hope you love your items– we understand that things sometimes need to be returned.

We will accept all completely unworn, unwashed, unmarked underwear, if returned with 7 days of receipt.

Unfortunately, as a small start-up, we are not able to cover the cost of returns postage.
